WHO WE ARE
We are a collective of passionate music lovers— professionals, and dedicated amateurs—committed to reimagining the role of classical music in contemporary society. Founded in Lisbon, in the heart of Chiado, the nonprofit Horizonte Musical do Tejo Association brings together artistic excellence and social responsibility.

More than concert organizers, we build bridges between artists, engaged amateurs, and communities. We believe music is not only meant to be heard, but lived—as a powerful tool for connection, inclusion, and transformation.

MISSION
Our work is based on three fundamental pillars that guide all our projects:

Promoting Concert Music: Invigorating Lisbon's cultural agenda with recitals and concerts of high artistic quality, valuing both classical and contemporary repertoire.

Creating Community (Professionals & Amateurs): We believe music is a universal language that should have no barriers. Our mission is to unite professional musicians of international standing with dedicated amateur musicians, providing a stage and opportunities for the love of music to be shared and celebrated together.

Social Transformation: Using music as an instrument of real impact. Through educational and solidarity projects, we bring the musical experience to audiences who typically do not have access to concert halls, promoting well-being and social cohesion.
